Fun Facts on Neem…
Extracts from the tree have an effect on more than 350 species of insects and major pests (moths, weevils, beetles and leaf miners)
The most effective insecticide comes from the seed but leaves can also be used..
These extracts do not kill insect directly but effectively prevent their reproduction
Dry leaves in shade as UV rays form the sun break down azadirachtin-their principle compound. When leaves are dry, pound and mix a generous handful of the powder with 10 liters of water.
Let it sit for 24 hours, strain and apply during evening watering.

More about True soap..
A true soap solution kills pests by suffocation. It lowers the surface tension of water allowing the soapy water to penetrate more effectively into the insects exoskeleton blocking all the breathing opening on the skin(most insects breathe through small opening on their skins)
This solution also removes the protective waxy coating on soft bodied pests leading to dehydration.
Made from natural fats or oils and an alkali(like sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide)
Examples of true soaps; Hand made soap bars and some liquid soaps..
Examples of Non-True soaps.. Many commercial products like body washes, shower gels, and liquid hand soaps contain synthetic detergents.

Therefore a perfect combination of Neem oil and True soap is best for your plants.. and its very affordable if I do say so 😁
